Our patented permanent magnet structure weighs only 50 lbs., yet it produces 100 lbs. of force with less than 600 watts from power amplifier. Only high quality materials are used, such as: high purity low carbon steel, ceramic magnets, magnesium and aluminum investment castings for armature frames, rectangular copper and aluminum wire for coils, beryllium copper springs for armature suspension elements, and brushed stainless steel outer jackets. Our Amplifiers are rugged, industrial units that offer an unmatched reliability record and furnish full- level, all-day power to meet the most stringent vibration testing needs.
Among our new products, are Digital Controllers that utilize your existing high-speed 486 DX or Pentium computers to perform Sine, Random, Shock testing, and Accelerometer Calibration. Since it is not necessary to add an extra processor card, as in earlier designs, the cost is much lower.
